At Peace Coffee, we want you to love every sip; if your coffee or gear isn't meeting your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that due to its perishable nature, roasted coffee can only be replaced if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

  Email our customer support within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  Verify Product Condition

  For equipment and merchandise, ensure items are in their original packaging; for coffee quality issues, please include the roast date and batch number.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or confirm the shipment of your replacement beans.

  Process Refund

  After we receive your returned gear or verify the claim, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
